The Crown Plaza hotel is located on a small hill where the guest can enjoy the nearby city lights view ; in particular the refinery as that is seen from far away. The place is very quite; the rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is also very well maintained. The breakfast is served in the ground floor; buffet with many choices; even Dosa Masala is available. The food is delicious; fresh and the staffs are willing to help you. In the restaurant; I could see that genuine respect is always present. They really care of you and your comfort. last but not least; really recommended hotel; a place to relax away from the city noise.

Breakfast spread excellent & good variety. Nice swimming pool my son love it Room just perfect for us family of 4, as per requesting for connecting rooms. it was small incident on TV, the team maintenance department is quickly response & replacing another TV unit. Room with small balcony facing towards main road & clean bathroom along with bath up

The housekeeping and room service staff were also great. The room was spacious and the facilities were of good standard. Although it's an aging hotel with some wear and tear, it was pleasant and gave a good feeling. I love the fact that there were a lot of recreational options like tennis, the pool and bowling.
